Shipping policy

How soon will I get my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders the same working day. If your order is placed after 3:00 PM or during the weekend, it will be sent out the following working day.

Which courier do you use?

UK: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days). You can upgrade at checkout to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for next day delivery.

 

International: We ship worldwide using reliable international couriers. Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

Europe: 3–7 working days

USA & Canada: 7–14 working days

Australia & Asia: 10–21 working days
Please note these are estimates and can be affected by customs processing and local postal services.

 

Can I collect my order directly from you?
Unfortunately, we do not offer customer collection at the moment. We focus on making delivery fast, reliable, and cost-effective.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your parcel’s journey.

Shipping Restrictions & Customs

We ship to most countries worldwide, but delivery is subject to local customs and import regulations.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
